Meal Plan
Having a meal plan is quite advantageous as it helps one to manage time and resources effectively. Saves one the time of deciding what to eat and how to go about it as the plan encourages being proactive. Resources and funds are prudently managed keeping the budget and body in good shape. Psychologically, having a plan for meals improves ones esteem and lifestyle. Above all, good health is not far fetched from this plan as food is the best medicine and in case of any food related illness, it could be traced to the last meals taken instead of eating haphazardly. In most Nigerian homes today, food is made or provided for just twice a day which are brunch - some time between 11am and 1pm and Dinner - some time between 9pm and 11pm.
