Welcome to Lafia, Nasarawa state - the land of solid minerals. where you enjoy refreshing beverages like fura de nunu. it's a dairy product from cuddled milk and millet. hence the name fura(millet) de(and) nunu(milk) For those who want to but have not gotten the opportunity to have a taste. its taste is close to that of yogurt only that it's not as fermented as yogurt but the taste - ohmygosh - is heaven on earth. Nunu is quite viscous and white in colour while fura are small grey millet balls mixed with nunu. This is the best drink for a time-out with friends. it is best served chilled.

This beverage can be enjoyed not just in Nasarawa state but in most northern states in Nigeria.
